 Positive personality helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into one's life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If someone adopts it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into one's life, and make one happier, brighter and more successful. A positive personality leads to happiness and success and can change one's whole life.

 From the year 2011, SESOMU introduced the 'Over All Personality Development Award' to develop positive attitude among the students. This award is conferred on the students who excel in all aspects of personality.

 Sports teaches you to lose and also not to remain a loser. With sheer determination and hard work their caps are adorned with many  feathers as they have many a times earned laurels for the schools in different sports at various levels including the nationals.

 To extract the best out of each student appearing in the Board Exams a target percentage is given to them after evaluation of their caliber. The achievers are awarded during the annual function.
